Cute little olive green shrug jacket is fully lined with a black poly satin. The jacket has a pleated ruffle around the neckline, and decorated with button tabs on the front and the sleeve cuffs. That and the color give it a slight military feel.

The sleeves are gathered and "puffed" at the shoulder, and taper down.
