We offer a wide range of handmade amber products as well as silver and amber jewellery. Amber Charm Jewellery is made from natural Baltic Amber according to our design and in compliance with customer's suggestions.
During the design of our jewellery, the biggest factor for us is to extract natural beauty from every amber piece. We try to use unconventional ideas and unusual compositions to create a unique feel to every piece of jewellery. Our aim is to emphasize the beauty of different amber shapes and hues. All orders are shipped from the UK. Shipping methods and costs are dependent on the item(s) you purchase and destination of your order.

We provide FREE delivery to any address in the UK (1st Class Royal Mail), however, we strongly advise you to use signed/tracked delivery for items worth more than £20 due to RM compensation policy. |

We are able to deliver anywhere in the world using Royal Mail International services. Any tax and duty costs payable outside of the UK are the full responsibility of the customer. |
If a particular item or quantity is not in our stock, we will notify you by email to sort out the issue before shipping the complete order.
Please be aware that the stated delivery dates are an eBay estimate only and do not guarantee your order will be delivered on that date.
Please also note that Royal Mail allows 14 working days for delivery before an item is classed as missing. If your item hasn't been received by this time please contact us.
We want our customers to love our Jewellery as much as we do, therefore we are happy to exchange faulty items within 30 days of the customer receiving the item, where the item has not been worn, washed or altered. All original packaging must be intact. Please keep a copy of your purchase email to supply on request.
Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed only if the product is in a re-sellable condition (no chips, scratches or damage). Products which have been modified by a 3rd party jeweller will not be accepted for exchange or refunds.
Returning purchases is at the customer's expense (except where the item is faulty or defective, or is dispatched in error by us) and must be sent by tracked post.
