they are very easy to use,the side dial is for low to high pulse rate strength ,the top button is the power on/off,the lower 3 buttons are for different massage modes,the auto button does all three modes one after another,the bottom button makes the speed rate higher,the rubber rings can be cut down to fit any size,it is best to use new high power batteries and electro gel is recommended for best results.
