we get payment before 12:00pm GMT, the merchandise will be shipped out
at the same business day (Monday---Friday); otherwise the item will be
shipped out the next business day.
Processing time:
Your item usually ships the same day if payment is received/cleared
before 12:00PM GMT Time. If payment is received after 12:00PM GMT, the
item will be shipped the next day. Our warehouse is closed on the
weekends, so for any auctions won and paid for on the weekend, the order
will be processed and shipped first thing Monday morning.

believe in 100% customer satisfaction, if any customer is not happy
with any of our products or services please email us and we will resolve
the issue in timely manner. We are open to any suggestions to improve
our service however by leaving negative feedbacks will not resolve any
