Amazing silver grey scales so appears as if 'frosted' -

turns deep purple when exposed to bright sunlight

You will receive one plant.

It is an stemless variety, 8 - 20 cm high.  With its flared, silver  grey scales the plant looks as if it is frosted.  The petals are blue,  tubular, lineal. 3 cm long.  It needs bright, sunny conditions with  little watering .  Because of its dense scaling and the bulb appearance  it is a decorative species, which offer no difficulty in cultivation. If  exposed to bright sun light, it turns deep purple.
