CUFF MEASURING METHOD
The best method we've found for getting your perfect cuff size is what we call the "Cardboard Method." Find an empty cereal box or pizza box (non-corrugated) or similar material like a soda bottle or any sturdy material you can use to cut out a long strip. It must not be a string or any kind of chain, it must be rigid like a cuff. Cut it to approximately 1/4" wide and a little longer than you think the cuff should be. You can tape two pieces together if have to for added length. Then tape it around your neck/ankle/wrist end to end. If it's too big cut it down a little at a time until you get the exact comfortable fit you want. Wear it for a while (at least an hour or two or more) so that you can get an idea for the feel. (wearing it for a while is VERY important.) Then when you find the right size, measure it and that is the total size of your collar. This measurement will include the lock.
