Returns

All orders come with a 30 day money back guarantee (unless stated in the listing, for hygiene purposes or custom items, where returns will not be refunded). We will refund all returns sent back within 30 days of purchase, no fuss. Item(s) must NOT be opened & used and all parts and packing must be returned to qualify for refund. Items that are faulty or damaged on arrival must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. For 30 day returns,  Items to be send back at buyer costs. We recommend items to return via Track delivery as DiscountDIY17 does not accept liability in post. Item must be pack securely, as damage returns will not be refunded or a charge may apply for re-packing. Please place a note inside the package to identify the return, failure to do so will delay in refund. Please contact us prior to returning.
