Shipping:
We ship items same day! We are constantly praised by customers for our
speedy shipping. International customers are welcome to purchase through eBay’s
Global Shipping Program. We no longer offer shipping internationally outside of
eBay’s Global Shipping Program.
Items
damaged by Shipping Carrier:
This doesn’t happen
often but we have no control over the Post Office or how they handle packages,
however; things happen. For example: You receive an item that is damaged.
Contact us as soon as possible and we can figure out our options, which could
include replacing or refunding your purchase. In order to proceed with a resolution THE ITEM WILL NEED TO BE
RETURNED FIRST. This is at no cost to the buyer and it helps prevent fraudulent returns. We apologize for any inconveniences returning the item might
cause, but the item will be returned
to us per company protocol to proceed with transaction.
Returns:
We offer a 30 day
return policy on most items given the following criteria:
Items are returned in
unused and unopened condition. Merchandise must have all tags and packaging
present to be eligible for return. We will not accept returns on merchandise that shows signs of
wear or use. Customer must return
item within 30 days of purchase and a 20% re-stocking fee will apply. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost. Refunds are issued upon receipt and
validation of items condition.
Any item listed as used or handmade are non-returnable.

customers, we are professional and respectful in addressing concerns and needs.
We make every effort to ensure customers are satisfied; after all, repeat
business means we’re doing something right (as seen in our feedback). With this
said, we expect
communication from customers to be professional and respectful as well. Any communication of a rude or disrespectful nature will not get
you very far with us. We hate that we have to
address this issue, but it is evident with online sales, though the vast
