Pair of Cast Iron Decorative Victorian Classical Shelf Brackets
This is a strong and heavy bracket with a beautiful, classical decorative design. Perfect for elegant book shelves or to support a sink or cistern. Cast from an original Victorian pattern using traditional sand-casting methods.
Natural iron finish with a lacquer protection.

Pre-drilled with three holes on the wall side. No screw holes on the shelf side. Fixing screws included (Please note - different screws may be required depending on load and wall construction.)

How they are made
These brackets are "sand cast" - the same process used to make the original Victorian brackets. Molten iron is poured into sand moulds formed using an antique Kenrick pattern. When cool, the casts are hand finished and lacquered. This makes an authentic antique style which is not machine finished.

These brackets are heavy so we send larger orders (2 or more pairs) by COURIER. We try to dispatch all orders within two working days. Wherever possible we try to use recycled material to pack our products as this helps keep our postage prices low.
