All packages need to be signed for upon delivery! If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with instructions for pick-up in your nearest post office, and it is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package. Postage and packaging charges are not refundable. Goods damaged during delivery will be replaced without charge.
