Shipping Details:

Shipment will be either Royal Mail for smaller items or a 24 / 48 Hour Courier for larger items. Some areas ( Highlands / Islands ) may have an additional charge. Please ask for a quote if you think you are in one of these areas.

Orders are generally shipped on the day after payment received or sometimes the same day.

We only dispatch items sent by courier Monday to Thursday due to previous items being damaged whist in couriers depots during weekends.

Returns:

We offer a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with our product, please return it to us unused within 14 days and we will issue refund.

All items are security marked and serial numbers are taken to prevent fruadulent returns.

We will refund any faulty items in full plus we will cover the return postal cost. Please note, if you want to return the item for any other reason (e.g. boaght in error) postal charges are to be covered by the buyer. Please return by recorded post or tracked courier only.
