Multiple shipment discount: Due to recent changes with both UPS and FedEx moving to Weight/Package Dimension Rating it will not always be financially wise to consolidate multiple item orders. We will at times refund buyers the difference between what you pay and what the actual shipping cost are.

Opening a Return Request Case on eBay can and will only limit our ability to handle your return in the best and fastest method possible. It can and will extend the time it takes. Also in some case we may elect to not require return of product and will just refund or ship exchange whichever you prefer however if you open a eBay Return Request Case we will have no option and the product would have to be returned
