Payment
Please pay with PayPal. Orders will be shipped to your registered PayPal address.
Sales Tax
International orders pay no Canadian sales tax.
Canadian customers pay applicable sales tax.
Shipping / Handling and Insurance
Orders will be shipped insured 1-3 business days after payment is received and verified.
Combined shipping is available Checkout. All items should be on the same order.
Estimated delivery time mail service within North America is 2-10 business days from date of shipment. Overseas orders can take 1-6 weeks to arrive.

Exchange Policy
Items can be returned for replacement or repair ONLY if defective. If the item you receive is not in satisfactory condition, email us within 5 days of receipt for return instructions. We will exchange, repair, or, if item is no longer available, issue a refund. Items can be returned ONLY in as-sold condition, in original packaging. Items will not be accepted without prior contact & a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All new items, unless otherwise noted in description, include manufacturer's warranty. No refunds or exchanges on customization.
