Delivery

 

We deliver nationally and internationally, delivery options can be chosen upon payment of the item.

We aim to dispatch items within 1 working day, items are posted 2nd class standard delivery(unless otherwise chosen.)

This delivery normally takes 2-3 working days, so long as there is no delay by Royal Mail.

Please not that a tracking number can only be provided for deliveries if that option is chosen and paid for when the order is placed.

A notification will be sent once the item has been dispatched.

Exchange

 

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size, colour or product within 14 days of the purchase date

as long as the product is not worn/used; with all the tags attached.

You can exchange an item by purchasing the correct item via our eBay store, and returning the item you no longer want.

The payment for the item will be refunded once the item is received excluding any delivery costs incurred.

 

Incorrect, damaged or faulty item

 

We do quality checks before posting items, however once you receive your order if any of the item(s) are incorrect, damaged or faulty then

please message us via eBay messaging and post the item back to us within 14 days from the date of purchase,

if you wish to receive a full refund. If you wish to receive a replacement item please let us know via eBay messaging and

we will dispatch the item to you along with you. We will refund the cost of return for the faulty item once the item has been received!
