We sell USED items, or older NEW items that have never been
opened. We acquire these from Estate tag sales and Estate auctions. We try our best to represent them
accurately and when possible we test them as best we can. Used items are never
as good as NEW. Do not purchase if you are not willing to accept less than
perfect. Please read the description thoroughly and review the pictures
carefully.
Please
report all issues within 15 days of the delivery date.
Payment
must be made within 7 days, with PayPal or major Credit Card if you do not have
a PayPal account. May return for purchase price refund within 30 days. Return shipping is not refundable. Please contact us if you
have any questions. Multiple purchases will have shipping combined and charges
adjusted.
Buyer
may be responsible for customs fees if located outside USA.
About Shipping:
- All items for sale
are in stock and will be shipped within 24 hours (often within 12 hours) to
U.S. addresses, except for orders made on Friday, Saturday or a Holiday; those
will be shipped on the next business day, usually Monday.
- All items will be
shipped the least expensive way, typically United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority
Mail or USPS Parcel Select. An expedited shipping option is available and may
be selected at checkout.
- All orders, except
for letters, include a tracking number that will be E-mailed to you.
- All foreign orders and
orders over $100 value may require delivery signature confirmation.
- We reserve the right
to cancel orders and refund all monies paid if we feel the location the item is
being shipped to is known for unreliable deliver, or is a PO box.
- We will not accept
returns for items that have been unassembled, had their cases removed or have
been tampered with. We record serial numbers of all
items shipped.
- You must contact us first for instructions for
all return or refund requests (item not received, damaged, not
as described, etc.)
- We will consider local
pick-up. If desired, please contact us.
