Not a recent reproduction.  By pin up artist Al Buell. This is a tough image to find.  Image of a cute blond putting on rollar skates and her black scotty dog looks a little amused by them. No title. No tears, no folds, nice bright colors, a little wear around the edges, pin hole in top edge center. Looks like a few of the edges may have been trimmed. Measures 11 x 14. Great for framing, always a conversation piece.
