Shopping at Sexy Emporium is highly efficient. We dispatch all orders with a cleared payment before 4PM same day, Monday to Friday, except bank holidays.

We only used tracked services, so you will receive a reference with your order to provide an indication of the location. Every order is shipped using 100% discreet packaging, ensuring your parcel arrives quickly and securely. 

Can I change my address once the order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change an address once the parcel has left our warehouse.

This being said, if you have placed your order and notify us immediately about the change of address, we may be able to make the change based on your feedback score and buyer reputation. We highly recommend that you change/correct your address before ordering to avoid mistakes and to keep the process streamlined. 

This does not mean you cannot return the goods if you're not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window, please refer to the returns tab for more information. 

Can I cancel an order after 4pm?

We cannot cancel the order whilst it is in transit or stop it from reaching the destination requested. If you have changed your mind after the goods have been dispatched, please do not open the parcel and return it straight back to us for a full refund.

Can I cancel an order before 3pm?

Yes, please contact us directly via the eBay messaging system to arrange this. 

Will my item be discreetly wrapped?
Of course, one of our main priorities since working with eBay to develop the sex toy category in the UK has been to ensure that every order arrives at its destination sealed securely with no way to tell what is inside. 

We only use strong boxes, jiffys or self-sealing mailing bags. We use boxes for sex toys, jiffys for preboxed items such as herbal pills, delay sprays, etc and self-sealing mail bags for clothing and lingerie. To be clear, you will not receive a penis shaped item, such as a dildo or vibrator in a bag or jiffy, these will be securely boxed. 

There will be no way to tell what is inside the parcel until it has been opened.

On the front there is 1 label which includes your address, the shipping service and our return address, and we do not use contents labels on the outside of the parcel.

Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 48 which aims to deliver within 2-3 days.

It is highly recommended that you select the shipping upgrade at the checkout before placing your order - ​​​​​​​

We are regularly asked if we are able to ship the item quicker once an order has been placed, please be aware that we will invoice you on PayPal same day to cover the postage upgrade, if the invoice isn't paid before 3PM that day, the goods will be dispatched via the shipping service selected at the checkout.

International Shipping:
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked, Signed or Tracked and Signed, depending on the country.

Tracking and Signature services aim to deliver to:
Western Europe within 2-5 working days
Eastern Europe within 3-5 working days 
Worldwide within 5-7 working days

All international tracked, tracked and signed orders will receive a tracking number on eBay once the parcel has been dispatched by us, International Signed will receive a reference number. 

Non-EU countries will have a customs label on the back of the parcel. 

If you are not in when delivery is attempted, it will be sent to your local sorting office and​​​​​​​ a card should be left to indicate where your sorting office is. If it is not collected from your sorting office within 18 days it will be returned to our UK warehouse and we will provide a refund minus our postage expenses, if you would like the item redispatching we will charge for this service.

We understand sometimes a product isn't always what you expected once it arrives or doesn't quite fit right. For this reason, we offer a 30 day return window which starts once the goods have been received by the recipient. 

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept a return or exchange. 

To begin this process, please open a return using the eBay returns system. We will then work with you to get the item back to us. 
 
- All goods must be returned within 30 days of being received by the recipient. 
- The customer is responsible for postage costs on returning an item unless faulty prior to dispatch. 
- Items must be in original sealed packaging (with tags if applicable) and must be good for re-sale.

We carefully inspect all items prior to dispatch for signs of damage. All items are packaged carefully with care to protect them in transit.

About Orders:

Can I amend my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. We dispatch orders very quickly and cannot make any changes once the parcel has left our warehouse at 4pm, Monday to Friday. 

Can I cancel my order?

If you are able to notify us before 3pm on the day of dispatch, we should be able to cancel your order. Please be aware that this is not always the case as we sometimes have 2 post collections, so if your goods are dispatched in the morning it will not be possible for us to cancel the order. If this happens, please do not open the parcel once it arrives and return it straight back to us for a full refund. 

How do I return an item?

Please open a return using the eBay returns system. You can return your item within 30 days of receipt. For a full refund, please make sure the goods are completely brand new and still in the sealed packaging. Our return address is on the postage label which is on the front of the box that the goods were delivered in. Best practice is to reseal the toy in the original box and return it to sender. For further information or instructions, please contact us directly. 

If you would like to return a sex toy, please do not take the item out of the sealed packaging until you are entirely satisfied with it, once the toy has been removed from the sealed packaging it is considered used and cannot be returned. 

Please note - any used goods or returns that have not been arranged may be posted back out to you. 

My order has not arrived yet?!

If you requested our standard postage service at the checkout, which is Royal Mail 48 (RM48), this service aims to deliver within 2-3 days but can take up to 5 depending on postal delays/location. As a rule, please contact us on the 5th day of the item not being received, we will then work to get a more definite idea of the location and to provide an updated delivery estimate.

For guaranteed and express delivery services, such as Royal Mail 24 (RM24) and Special Delivery by 1PM Guaranteed, if you have not received these the next day after the parcel was dispatched, please contact us immediately and we will locate the parcel to provide more up to date information. 

All orders will receive a tracking number/reference and this information will be provided to you in your eBay account, you will be given this information on the day the goods are dispatched. 

My order is incorrect, faulty or not as described:

We apologise profusely for any mistakes, faulty goods or not as described items. We work hard to make our warehouse and listings as accurate as possible, to avoid any incorrect items being dispatched and to provide as much information as possible on our adverts. We also test all electronic products before they can go into stock, all of this is to streamline our process as much as possible. 

On the odd occasion some human errors occur and we will work quickly to resolve the problem for you. Please contact us as soon as possible through the eBay messaging system for a quick resolution. 

If the item is incorrect or has a fault, you may be asked to provide us with a picture, we will then work to either have the goods returned to us or we will dispatch a replacement immediately. 

If you feel the product is not accurately described, please let us know why! We take all constructive feedback like this very well and would love to resolve any problems on adverts that may have been missed.

What payment method can I use?

To process your orders quickly and securely, we only accept payments through PayPal.

How will my purchase show up on my bank statement?

We understand that privacy is important to our customers, so your transaction will show as "SBD Holdings Ltd" on your bank statement and PayPal. 

What if I place the order without payment?

Sexy Emporium will only process the order upon successful payment. If the payment is delayed, we cannot guarantee it will be available once the payment has been complete. 

What currency can I use?

Our products and adverts are available on several eBay sites depending on the country. You will be invoiced in the currency shown on the eBay site that you have placed your order. This may be converted on your statement into your local currency, if different to the currency on the eBay site. Additionally, you may be able to select the currency you wish to use through PayPal when you are at the checkout, if you have other currencies available in your PayPal account at that time. For further information, please contact your bank directly before placing your order.

Will I be charged customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also includes retail and wholesale customers).
