Can I change my address once the order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change an address once the parcel has left our warehouse.

If you are not in when delivery is attempted, it will be sent to your local sorting office and​​​​​​​ a card should be left to indicate where your sorting office is. If it is not collected from your sorting office within 18 days it will be returned to our UK warehouse and we will provide a refund minus our postage expenses, if you would like the item redispatching we will charge for this service.

For guaranteed and express delivery services, such as Royal Mail 24 (RM24) and Special Delivery by 1PM Guaranteed, if you have not received these the next day after the parcel was dispatched, please contact us immediately and we will locate the parcel to provide more up to date information.
