Our GRANDE series Lava Lamps are ridiculously large! They have a huge globe and command attention where ever they are displayed!
Pink lava rises and sinks amongst purple liquid throughout the globe.
This Lava Brand Motion Lamp stands a massive 27 inches tall and 8.3 inches wide. It has a HUGE 250oz globe and weighs approximately 25lbs. Base, topper, light bulb, care sheet, and warranty information are included in the box.
Standard 120V plug in. UL listed & approved.
The manufactures warranty is limited to lamps sold within the US and Canada, therefore we will only ship Lava Brand Motion Lamps to these locations. All of our other lava products ship worldwide. If you live outside of the US or Canada, please do NOT purchase this product!
PLEASE NOTE: During the colder winter months, the shipping of lava lamps is subject to suspension when below freezing temperatures are prevalent. This is to prevent the inevitable freezing and breaking of the product. We will not under any circumstances ship lava lamps in below freezing weather! Please contact us before purchasing during winter time to check the current shipping status.
General Lava Lamp information
During initial warm up of your Lava Brand Motion lamp, the coil in the globe may tend to stand on end or float to the top of the globe. If this happens, keep your Lava Brand Motion Lamp operating for 4 hours or more to allow the "LAVA" to become completely melted. The coil should then automatically drop to its correct position at the bottom of the globe. If the coil does not drop down, twirl the globe gently in the base and the coil will drop.
Do not loosen or remove cap on globe. Breaking the seal will ruin your product!
Don't Move or Shake your Lava Brand Motion Lamp while the lava blobs are "WARM"! This will cause your Lava Brand Motion Lamp to become cloudy and will most likely permanently malfunction!
Operation or storage of a lamp in direct sunlight will cause colors to FADE!
Your Globe is specially made glass and may have some slight imperfections. This cannot be avoided and is normal for this process.

Payment Terms
We accept payment via PayPal and all major credit cards. If you run into any problems or have any uncertainties about payment please contact us so we can assist you. Payment is expected within 7 days at the close of auction or commitment to buy at fixed price. Due to our high sales volume, all non paying bidders will automatically receive an unpaid item notification from eBay after 7 days. If the item(s) are closed out via the unpaid item process, this can have a negative impact on your account standing. Please contact us if you have issues checking out or need to make special arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping Info
We ship all orders M-F same day if received by 3PM EST. Please be aware the estimated delivery date displayed by eBay is just that: estimated. Though rare, occasional delays and mishaps can happen. If there are any issues just send us a message and we will happy to assist you. Please make sure that the shipping address on your account is correct and complete to include apt and/or suite numbers. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses. Most of our products ship worldwide. There are some exceptions due to size, weight, and warranty limitations. International buyers please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. All items sold from DirectGlow are warranted for a period of 30 days. If an item is found to have a manufacturing defect or fails to perform to the specifications we describe, a replacement or a refund will be arranged. We will refund within 30 days of purchase any item for any reason if the product is in the packaging and condition in which it was received by the customer. In some cases we may ask for proof of said defects so we can provide the required proof to our insurers so we can settle your claim quickly. Please be prepared to send detailed photographs when such incidents warrant it. Return authorization must be given BEFORE sending any items back. Please open your package to ensure you received all items in working order. All items must be returned with original packaging, instructions, power cord, accessories and anything else they were originally packaged with. You should insure your return for your protection. For buyer's remorse situations, all return and (if applicable) reshipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer's remorse returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
