Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day Monday – Friday (excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays) all items are carefully checked prior to dispatch. All orders are sent by Royal Mail. (Some orders may be sent 2nd Class signed for without prior notice). From time to time there may be a delay from Royal Mail, please bear this in mind when leaving feedback (if the delay is with us we will always notify you)

So, please remember, that when we entrust a parcel to the Post Office it is out of our hands as to how long it will take for THEM to deliver to you.

We always obtain a proof of posting.

All items are weighed individually as are final parcels for cross reference purposes to avoid discrepancies, especially when posting out more than one item in a parcel

Returns 
Returns accepted within 14 days, we will issue a refund or send a replacement (if requested/available) upon its return, however, refunds will not be issued if garments smell of Smoke/Deodorant/Detergents/Animals or have hair on them, in other words have been worn/washed. We suggest that you use a traceable method of shipping as it is not our fault if items get lost. Refunds are usually processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of the returned goods.

The postage including the return postage must be paid by the buyer. The goods must be returned in the condition you received them and in their original packaging.
