This product consists of Ginseng, Ginkgo Biloba, Green Tea Extract, Iron, and Zinc Citrate. It has been specifically tailored to boost concentration, memory and cognitive function. We recommend taking this supplement at times of intense study, or during exam periods. Ginseng is a native Asian plant, however there are also American and Southern American versions of this plant. It is one of the oldest plants used in traditional Chinese Medicine. It is often referred to as the 'root of heaven' as they typically used it as a cure-all. The primary ingredient of Ginseng are Ginsenosides, which are the chemicals responsible for all the health claims. One of its main claims is its ability to improve cognitive function. It promotes concentration and reduces stress. Ginkgo Biloba, or the maidenhair tree is known ot be one of the oldest living plants on the earth. Due to this, it has been used in traditional medicine for almost all of its existence. Modern knowledge dictates that it aids memory, mental wellbeing and cognitive function. The active ingredients Ginkgolides and Biolbalides are thought to increase circulation to the brain and thus, increasing its reactivity and performance. Green Tea Extract, is taken from the leaves of the Camellia Sinensis plant and is infamous for is antioxidant and detoxification properties. However, Green tea is also brilliant at focusing attention and improve cognitive function. Both Iron and Zinc are essential minerals that have been approved by the European Food Standards Agency (EFSA) to claim that they enhance cognitive function, thus improving output. The Concentration and Study Boost Tablet is a small torpedo tablet. If you have 'swallowing problems' please do not try taking this tablet whole. We send our products using a Royal Mail 1st Class service. We dispatch orders on weekdays up to 5 pm. Royal mail quote delivery times 1-2 days.
