We accept PayPal and all credit cards supported through PayPal. All payment is to be made within 3 days of purchasing.

Shipping

All orders are delivered via Toll courier services Australia wide (except NT and Cape York where we cannot deliver to at this stage) to ensure your product arrives to you as soon as possible. Products ordered before 4pm will be shipped the same day and usually arrive within 2 business days. Please ensure the delivery address provided is attended between the hours of 9am?5pm. If the address is unattended, our couriers will leave the parcel in a suitable location.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days. If the item is defective or incorrect, we will gladly refund your postage fees, however if you change your mind we will only accept returns if the item is unused and in it's original packaging (you will have to cover all postage costs). A 15% restocking fee may apply for incorrectly sized ankle braces so please measure carefully before purchasing.
