Terminology: 

There is no clear industry standard definition for RTF, PNP, KIT. Every manufacturer makes up their definitions. The generally accepted definitions are: 

RTF(Ready To Fly) means that you get the complete playable model which includes everything including electronic parts—equipped model itself and RC transceiver, battery and so on, by which you can play after you slightly assemble it . 

PNP means that you get the RTF model, excepting the RC system and battery. 

KIT means that you get all of the components of the plane, i.e.: fuselage, wings, tail, landing gear, etc, but not pre-assembled; No any electronic parts are included.

About return: 

We accept return of the item within 14 days after receiving items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost coz seller had paid shipping cost to you.
