Warranty&Return
1.
If you are not satisfied when you receive your item, please return it
within 14 days for a replacement or money back. Please contact me before
you return it
2. If the item can not work fine, please check twice
to confirm that the item is defective and contact us ASAP, tell us the
Detailed Problem, we will do our best to solve it for you.
3. We
define the item as defective only if it doesn't function as described;
it is the buyer's responsibility to understand the item description
before bidding. All NON-Seller Mistake returns for refund are subject to
20% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the return shipping fee.
(E.g. you brought wrong size or wrong item).
4. We will send out
replacement battery immediately if customer agrees to send back the
defective one at her/his own cost later.
5. We will refund the
purchase price if the replacement is not available or buyer prefers a
refund and send the original item back at his/her own cost.
6. A
Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for all return
packages, please contact us to get "RMA #" before you ship your items
back, items returned without "RMA #" would be ignored or delayed in
processing.
7. No product liability insurance is assumed.
Shipment&Payment
1. We only ship to confirmed PAYPAL addresses. Your PAYPAL address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.

SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends
and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday
season.
4. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from
payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to
you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
5. We only accept Paypal at this time. Credit Card can be paid via Paypal.
6. Ship within 3 business days once payment completed. Notification of shipment with tracking No. will be sent to buyer.
