These are authentic Ear Hats direct from Disneyland, and personalized just for YOU on our own in-house embroidery machines! Yellow felt hat with screen-print decorations and a fabric birthday hat. Plastic ears are printed with an all-over balloon and confetti pattern.

Embroidery Options

Each Ear Hat is personalized on the back with the name or phrase you provide. We customize each Ear Hat using the same embroidery machines that Disneyland uses, but we offer a much wider range of colors, fonts and text options than are available at the theme parks.

For best results, we recommend that you limit text to 10 letters, numbers and spaces combined. Longer names or phrases can be embroidered, but we have to shrink the font size to accommodate each additional letter.

We offer six standard thread colors and five fonts. The sample photos show a digital rendering of our five standard fonts, and a sample of an ear hat personalized on our machines in our most popular font, Style Script.

Black, Hot Pink, White, Red or Royal Blue thread looks best on this Ear Hat. For extra fun, choose Glow-in-the-Dark thread. The thread appears white under normal light, but glows under black light and in dark rides, like the Haunted Mansion!

Please note: We reserve the right to reject orders that include slang terms, profanity or epithets. Basically, if you could not wear a shirt with the phrase inside a Disney theme park, we won't embroider it on an Ear Hat.

HOW TO ORDER

Please use eBay Checkout to purchase this item, as it provides you the opportunity to add a message to us, the seller. On the Checkout page, under the "Review Item and Shipping" section, look for the link that says "Message to Seller." This is where you will provide us with the embroidery details for your order. We need to know three things to process your order:

1) The name or phrase you wish to have embroidered. Please double-check spelling, capitalization & dates, as we will embroider EXACTLY what you type. Amanda, AMANDA and amanda will be sewn exactly as shown.

2) The name of the font you want us to use for your embroidery. The five options are:
  • Style Script
  • Nameplate
  • Lauren Script
  • Goudy Slim
  • Teddy Bear

3) The color of thread you want us to use for the embroidery. The six options for the "It's My Birthday" ear hats are:

  • Black
  • Hot Pink
  • White
  • Red
  • Royal Blue
  • Glow in the Dark

If these details are missing from your order, we will contact you after we receive your order to get the necessary information, which can delay processing and shipping of your purchase. If you are ordering more that one personalized item, please be very specific in your instructions, and feel free to contact us with any questions.

Sizing

This is considered a "One Size" hat, and fits most Youth and Adults. This ear hat has a chin strap for security. They are too large for infants and toddlers to wear for any length of time, but they sure look adorable in those first birthday photos!

  • International shipping is available only through eBay's Global Shipping Program. 
  • Winning bidder is responsible for 8.00% state sales tax for shipments delivered to a California address.
