Postage Information

Please note that we aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day.

All items are available for immediate despatch once order is received & should be received by you within 2-3 working days.

Payment Details

We prefer to be paid through paypal however we do accept cheques, Postal orders, Telephone payments & accept all major credit and debit cards.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your item please contact us before leaving feedback and our dedicated customer services team will ensure your query is dealt with as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Returns are accepted providing items are unopened and in a sale-able condition, within 14 days.

You must arrange your own carrier and you will be liable for the return carriage costs. When you return your item, please ensure it is well wrapped and insured for transit, as we cannot accept receipt of a damaged item. If the item is delivered to us damaged we will inform you immediately so you can claim from your carrier.

Please also include your ebay user name, address, date of purchase and item number in the parcel.

Your refund will be for the item only and will not include any carriage costs paid to us.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, providing you have informed us upon receipt, we will either replace the item / damaged part or refund you in full.
