We accept payment by PayPal which is our preferred method of payment, we also accept payment by credit or debit card. If you wish to pay by card please phone the number above.

Delivery Options
We offer free delivery on all of our products offered on Ebay, express next day delivery is available for an additional charge.
All free delivery items are sent out using Royal Mail 48 which is a 2-3 day service.
Express items are usually sent using UKmail Next if ordered before 2pm
About your Delivery
If you are not in to receive your order or the item you have ordered is to large to fit through your letterbox Royal Mail will usually take it back to the local sorting office or your local post office when this occurs a "while you were out card" is usually left to give you information on arranging a redelivery or where to collect your parcel.
Returns:
We do offer a 14 day returns procedure where as if you no longer require the part or you simply wish to return your purchase you can return your item for a refund, we do not cover the cost of the return.
When returning an item please ensure the following:
Item is suitable for resale.
No security seals have been broken.
The part has not been fitted.
Once the part has been returned and checked a full refund will be processed.
If the product is found to be faulty or damaged please contact us via email or phone as we deal with these issues on an individual basis.
We do advise if you are unsure on any part you have purchased prior to opening if you have any questions please feel free to contact us for advice or assistance. We do have measures in place for checking parts on there return to ensure there authenticity.

We are an independent run hardware shop based in Wollaton, Nottingham. Established in 1909 we have over 6000 product lines on the shelf stocked all year round and staff with years of knowledge on hand to answer any questions.
