This is a paperback book of thick card dolls of the Obama family, which you have to cut out to make a whole family that you can then dress in different clothes, or costumes, which are presented on the subsequent pages (which you again need to cut out). Instructions are given in the front of the book as to what to do. There are 16 colour plates in total. There are also two pages of history about Obama and his bid for presidency.
