Essex Bikers Centre based just outside of Braintree have been providing great service on eBay since 2001. We are stockists of new motorcycle clothing and helmets from Dainese, Ixon, Arai, X-Lite, Nexx, Nolan, RST, Knox, LS2 , Wolf, AGV, and more.

Payment

We accept payment via paypal and most major debit / credit cards. You can call the sales team on 01376 562906 to pay by card.
If you wish to collect your item after purchase on eBay then cash on collection is the only option.

Shipping

Orders will only be dispatched to the address on your Paypal payment.  Unfortunately we cannot accept change of addresses via notes or e-mails. 
Items purchased before 2.30pm will be posted the same working day.
If multiple items are won, we will be happy to combine shipping - up to three items can usually be combined at a small or sometimes no additional cost; if you would like to combine more than three items, please ask for a quote.

Europe & International Postage:

We use the eBay global shipping programme which will calculate your import taxes for you.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. 
Customs fees are normally charged by the freight company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional delivery charges 
These costs include delivery by a fully insured trackable courier.

Terms

1. Acceptance of your order:

We must receive cleared payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges (including any surcharges that apply to your delivery address) before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. Our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the products. Ensure packaging is intact before signing for a delivery, if the packaging is noticeably damaged write ?packaging damaged? on carriers delivery documentation before accepting the delivery. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us. All orders are subject to availability. If the product ordered is unavailable then we will notify you ASAP where you will have the option of waiting for stock, choosing an alternative or a full refund.

2. Prices:

The price of the Goods shall be set by the seller?s quoted price or where no price has been quoted (or a quoted price is no longer valid) the price listed in the sellers? price list current at the date of dispatch of goods. All prices quotations or estimates are subject to alteration without notice.

3. Content:

We have taken reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the content on our listings, however, in accordance with the applicable laws; we disclaim all warranties (expressed or implied) as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the material on our site.

4. Complaints & Liability:

All complaints should be sent to Essex Bikers Centre, address details as stated on the front of the sales invoice.

5. Validity:

If any of these Terms and Conditions are not eligible it shall not affect the eligibility of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.

6. No Variation or Representation:

Nothing said by our sales staff shall amount to any variation of these terms & conditions or representation about the nature or quality of our products.

7. Dispatch & Delivery

We will endeavor to dispatch goods on specified dispatch date but such a date is an estimate only and the Seller accepts no liability in the event that it is unable to meet the dispatch or delivery date.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction:

Your order and the formation of the contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. The English Courts shall have jurisdiction to hear disputes between us.

9. Shortages or Errors

Notification of all claims including shortages, damages or incorrect items must be made to us in writing within 3 working days from receipt of the goods. The seller shall not be liable for any loss, direct or indirect incurred by the buyer as a result of any shortages or incorrectly supplied goods.

10. Returns Policy

Goods being returned must be returned within 30 days following delivery. Under certain conditions and provided the goods are in unused condition, complete with original packaging goods may be accepted for return.. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Specially ordered goods cannot be returned. Our Returns address is printed on the invoice sent with the goods.

Due to hygienic reasons we can only supply helmets and undergarments on a non-returnable basis. Realistically this means you should have at the very least tried on and established your correct size of the model of helmet in question. We accept that if you are not able to, you will most likely, purchase your helmet elsewhere.

11. Warranties

Warranty's are held with the manufacturer of the goods, not ourselves.

For practical reasons we are unable to extend our normal warranty to export orders. However, we take care to ensure that all products are checked prior to despatch

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns

For your protection most item purchased under the 'BUY IT NOW' option on eBay are covered by the distance selling regulations which gives you the option of returning any item purchased from an online retailer within specific time requirements. In addition eBay requires us as retail sellers to stipulate a return policy, this is ours: 


We have a 30 day no quibble return policy. If, for any reason prior to using the item you are not happy with the fit or look of the item then please open a return on eBay, you are responsible for the cost of the return but we will refund any post cost we initially charged.
All items being returned must be returned by recorded and insured post in the original packaging and in the same condition as received.

For faulty items also please open a return on eBay and we will guide you through the return / refund or exchange process.
