First time users should always start at 10% to avoid burns. Glycolic peels 40-70% strength are ideal treatments for individuals with normal to oily skin types that have had prior experience using glycolic acid peels of equal or greater strength. Usage:Step 1: Cleanse face and neck thoroughly with an oil-free cleanser.Step 2: Prepare skin with an alcohol/water solution (50/50 mixture). This will help to break up any oil on skin’s surface for a more even application.Step 3: Have a neutralizing solution ready to stop the action of the acid if needed. We recommend a baking soda/water solution (50/50). This step is not necessary.Step 4: Apply peel to face and neck area with a cotton ball. Gently glide cotton ball unto skin, applying more pressure on areas that need added exfoliation.Step 5: Allow acid to sit on skin for 2-3 minutes.Step 6: Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
