Your return parcel is your
responsibility until it reaches us, therefore please keep proof of postage. We
recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post. We cannot accept responsibility for
parcels that get lost on the way to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund
delivery charges or postage costs for items that are unsuitable or don't fit.
