There are minor scuffs and scratches throughout the items. Everything is tested and working. No batteries are included (requires 7x AA). The darts included are not genuine Nerf darts but they still work acceptably. The light on the clip works. The battery compartment on the clip has some residue on it but it still works fine. The darts do not glow in the dark. The Jolt's plunger rod is bent but functional.
