Our items may seem fragile to ship, is it guaranteed? All packages are insured. If you receive a damaged item, it will be replaced. Simply take a picture of the damaged item and attach the pic to a message letting us know of the issue. We will get a replacement shipped as quickly as possible. Your barn wood frame is built and painted upon completion of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days (Monday-Friday) handling time for updated tracking info. This item ships UPS Ground only or FedEx Ground We do not ship to APO/FPO/PO Boxes. Shipping with us is ALWAYS free in the contiguous United States! We ship to United States and Canada. FAQWhat material will my frame be made from? These frames are built with actual reclaimed wood that has been removed from old barns. You should expect nail holes, minor splits, dings, and other imperfections in the wood. These imperfections are what give the frames the rustic style. Can I order this barn wood frame with clear glass instead of mirror? Yes, you may. Simply add a note in the shopping cart with your request. Please note, there is a cardboard backing. You would have to remove the backing for see-through capability. How long will it take to receive my barn wood item? We are working to get orders out as quickly as possible, but from November through December, It may take up to a week for item to ship, and sometimes longer. You should expect to receive your frame within 14-21 days. If you need it quicker, please contact us before purchasing to make sure we can meet your request. Can you build a custom size mirror or frame? Usually we can build custom sizes, but not as quickly as everyday items. Please contact us for a quote. Delivery times are extended for custom orders. For larger wall areas (more than 46") we suggest using two mirrors. We cannot ship larger than 46" at this time. For example: To cover a 60" x 46" wall, we can build and ship two frames 30" x 46" each. Contact us for more info. How long do custom orders take to build and ship?Custom orders can take up to 2 - 3 weeks to ship, especially in November and December. This applies to all orders that are different than what is listed above. Example: Changing orientation from horizontal to vertical, changing the overall size, etc. |
