Return policy:
- If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please notify me within 48 hours after receiving the item to arrange a return and refund.
- As shipping costs are not retrievable, I am unable to refund shipping costs.
- Item must be in its original unused condition as shipped,all tags or labels need to remain attached and no smell of smoke or it will not be accepted.
- All returns subject to a 10% restocking fee.
International buyer:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
International shipping method:
For International First Class, most items outside the U.S. arrive between 2 weeks and 2 months (sometimes sooner ) after shipping. Unfortunately, I have no control or tracking. If you choose International First Class shipping service, please understand when the item is scanned as delivered by USPS it is considered then the buyers responsibility. I don't have responsibility for the loss or holdup in international travel or customs.
