We only accept payments via PayPal. If you are experiencing any problem making the payment through PayPal then please do not hesitate to contact us.

We aim to send our deliveries out the same or next working day (Monday to Friday). We use Royal Mail 48 tracked for the majority of our deliveries and Interlink Express and next day delivery.

Royal Mail Tracked provides you with four points of tracking throughout the delivery. If you are unavailable to accept the delivered package, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. You can now leave a note to instruct the Postman to leave the parcel in a Safe place. If the item has not been collected within 3 weeks the package will be returned back to us. We will then require you to repay the original postage cost of the item, or a refund will be given less the postage costs. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your goods a full refund or an exchange will be given, postage is recorded and therefore we should be able to trace the goods.

Interlink Express - Next day delivery

Europe - 5-7 working days

You may return an item for any reason for either a refund or exchange.

All we ask is the returns must be within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We will make a full refund once the item is received and only refund postage if we've made a mistake or the shoes/item are faulty, and that doesn't happen very often.

In the event that your item gets lost in the post we will send out a replacement pair, if we have one available otherwise we will process you a refund.

Please include a note of your ebay ID, item number and reason for sending it back, in the parcel so we could track the transaction quickly and comply with the request instantly. Please do not tape the boxes and items should be sent back un-used, in their original condition and packing
