ITEM CONDITION
Unless stated in the product title, all devices are brand new.
Package seals may have been opened to check quality or perform basic testing or unlock functions, however unless specified otherwise, all devices are new and unused.
We occasionally sell refurbished or returned (Open Box) items but these items have this clearly detailed in the product title and description.
Some items may have had a more suitable ROM for your region installed and as such will have been plugged into a PC in order to flash the new operating system. In this case there may be evidence of subtle usage during this quick and straightforward procedure.
We source our stock internationally according to the best price and availability, allowing us to offer significantly discounted prices. Items come with a local adapter (where possible) when the included plug is for a different region. This process is also known as parallel importation and we offer local Australian and New Zealand warranty and support to provide a similar product to local stock at a much cheaper price.
There are often different versions of common devices that may exhibit a variety in specifications, particularly around the supported network bands and the processor chip. Please ensure that you have checked your requirements before placing an order as refunds or exchanges processed under these conditions will attract a restocking fee.

DELIVERY
Our products come with Australian and New Zealand warranty provided by local service centres. Products will be shipped from Australia where possible however we often ship from our Hong Kong office when restocking, for certain items or delivering internationally to ensure fast delivery.
To ensure that you receive your new phone as quickly and safely as possible, we use tracked couriers to ship your items. A pick up service is not available or offered. Delivery times are detailed below.

PRE-ORDERS
Upon occasion we offer some items on pre-order. In these instances we will list this specifically, and the date of release within the product description. This allows you to secure stock of highly-anticipated and limited-release items at launch. After placing an order you can edit or cancel at any time prior to shipping and we'll keep you updated on the sourcing and fulfilment process throughout. If you have any questions please ask. Our team has coordinated over 25,000 pre-orders for the latest devices and we look forward to fulfilling yours.
WARRANTY
All devices come with our comprehensive 12 month Australia and New Zealand warranty, which is included in the standard purchase price. We'll even replace with a new item if yours can't be repaired.
Warranty and repairs are administered by local repair agents in Australia and New Zealand and return postage is included.
RETURNS
All orders come with 30 days free returns to an Australian or New Zealand address.
International customers please note that the item must be returned to our specified AU, NZ, HK or CN address before a return or exchange can be processed. The customer pays return shipping to this address and we will pay for the replacement item to be resent.
