Returns | | - Dead On Arrival (DOA)/defective items will be replaced w/ an identical item upon return of the defective item. We will ship a replacement for free or issue refund depending on the availability of item in stock.
- Please request an RMA number via messages on Ebay for exchange. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns.
- Defective items must be noticed within 7 days of the date you received it.
- The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges when returning items.
- Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer expense.
- If the retail package has been opened, and item return for a refund is not defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping and Handling charges (3.00$ paid to USPS for postage) charges are non-refundable.
