If you receive broken or damaged goods, first and foremost please do not dispose of them. If it's possible, take a photo and put it in your email. This will help speed up the process of replacing your damaged products.


I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT PRODUCT


Please do not dispose of any incorrect products sent to you. Instead, send us an email as soon as possible to let us know what you did receive compared to what you should have received. If it's our fault we'll happily send you the correct product(s) at no cost to you, with a big sorry!

The best and quickest way to contact us is by email via Ebay Messages. We check emails every 30 minutes, and reply very promptly.


Phone. If you do not have access to a computer, you can no longer phone us. This is due to Ebay policy, beyond our control. A: Wherever possible! Please advise standard or express postage.

A: We post and dispatch our freight daily at 9.00am, 2.00pm & 5.00pm.EST. The arrival of your package depends on Australia Post, parcel or express. We regularly deliver next 2 days in all states.

A: No. However, there is free delivery daily in Launceston, Tasmania.
