DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Marine Parts Distributors is proud to offer free ground shipping to all customers having items shipped to addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Typically, orders placed before 5PM EST are shipped the same day. For all orders that have been designated as FREE GROUND SHIPPING, Marine Parts Distributors will select the best carrier possible based on several factors such as time in transit, dimensions of the package, etc. To ship an item using a specific carrier, it is best to contact our customer service representatives via or via our toll free phone number from 8AM-6PM EST Monday-Friday to arrange shipping. If you need to change your order, call customer service right away, or if it is after regular business hours, contact us through eBay your request to Marine Parts Distributors. For customers who need an item delivered by a specific date, we recommend that a form of expedited shipping be purchased to guarantee the appropriate delivery date. NO SHIPPING ARRIVAL TIMES ARE GUARANTEED WITH GROUND SHIPPING METHODS. To get an estimate of the shipping time to your address, see the shipping map or contact customer service. UPS, FedEx, and DHL will not deliver to a PO Box address. If an order needs to be shipped to a PO Box, please call or email customer service to find out if this service is available.
Saturday deliveries of items are only offered with the purchase of Next Day Air shipping methods. Saturday delivery options are only available for specific zip codes, usually in urban locations, with an additional charge of $15 for the Saturday delivery service. If you wish to order an item with Saturday delivery, please confirm it is available for you by contacting the customer service department via phone or email. Orders selected to ship FedEx home or USPS may also arrive on Saturdays, however, Saturday delivery is not guaranteed for these free shipping methods.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping, USA non-continental shipping, which includes: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories and APO/FPO/MPO, all have similar delivery times. All orders will be shipped by the appropriate carrier, such as: UPS, FEDEX, and USPS.
We also offer Expedited Shipping WORLDWIDE. Please contact Marine Parts Distributors to verify if these options are available for your city or postal code with our Shipping Department.
SHIPPING RATES: If you are having trouble finding shipping rates for your country, or have any questions regarding international shipments, please e-mail or call the customer service department. All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to customs and duties fees, VAT, and import tax regardless of the shipping method purchased. Any payment made for shipping is a payment to Marine Parts Distributors only, and is in no way related to any duties, taxes, VAT, or import taxes. Customers are responsible for knowing their country's policies about these fees, and any fees associated with the shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. If your order is returned or made "undeliverable" due to non-payment of these fees, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund of the order.

Marine Parts Distributors products, when properly installed, are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover failure due to accident, abuse, neglect or as the result of normal wear and tear. Improper installation, careless handling, tampering or disassembly in any way will void original factory warranty. Failures due to rust, submersions, deliberate abuse, broken gears, housings or components shall not be considered for warranty, nor products used in applications for which they were not intended.
The sole responsibility of Marine Parts Distributors - if any - shall be the replacement of defective products as stated above. This warranty being expressly in lieu of all other obligations or liabilities and Marine Parts Distributors neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or firm to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale of its products or merchandise.
It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct application information prior to purchasing any product from Marine Parts Distributors. All purchases made in error, bought by mistake, no longer wanted, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address are subject to a 20% restocking fee and require a return authorization number. In these cases, the return shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund using our discounted shipping rates. Buyers are responsible for the shipping of any international orders.

Shipping times for orders are staggered throughout the day, depending on which carrier is shipping your order. Customers are notified via email when their item is on the loading dock ready to ship. Marine Parts Distributors reserves the right to apply a 20% restocking fee to orders canceled after the item has been packaged and taken to the shipping terminal. Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address at check out. It is the responsibility of customers to ensure they have provided the correct shipping address.
