This is a Shiny Plastic Maier-Mfg. Black rear fender for a Honda ATC250R three wheeler (85-86 only). 

This fender is a factory blem directly from Maier-Mfg. The blem is rub marks from shipping and/or stacking.  There may also be other minor surface imperfections that would not show up in a picture.
