This personalized, custom made, stainless steel I.D. tag is manufactured on an Authentic American WWII era restored Graphotype Dog Tag Machine. The lettering is imprinted (debossed) into the surface of the tag. Debossed pattern is sunken into the surface of the tag as opposed to embossed which is raised against the background. It is permanent, will never fade, rub off, or corrode & is guaranteed to last forever. Each tag measures 1 1/8" x 2" and weighs .20oz. If information for tag is not submitted at time of order it is assumed you want a blank tag and that is what will be mailed to you. Please note that this tag is all stainless steel and not painted or colored in any way.

Each tag can have up to 5 lines of text, and 14 characters per line, including spaces. All characters (letters) are in upper case (caps). PLEASE NOTE: ONLY "14" SPACES ARE AVAILABLE PER LINE. THIS CAN NOT BE CHANGED ON THIS VINTAGE KEYBOARD AND THE TAG CAN NOT BE ORDERED ANY BIGGER. Please note that the top and bottom of the dog tag is curved inward and if you use all 14 spaces on the top and bottom(lines 1 and 5)it will be from end to end with no spaces left on either side. Therefore it is recommended using only 13 spaces on the top and bottom lines for better appearance. Since it is an original size dog tag, no exceptions can be made.
