Warranty
North American Lifetime Transferable Warranty
In order to qualify for Meopta’s North American Lifetime Transferable Warranty, customers must register their new Meopta product within 30 days of purchase.
Meopta Sports Optics products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.
Please be advised that products returned to Meopta U.S.A., Inc. without a proper Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. Upon receipt of your properly returned product and confirmation that the malfunction or failure is a result of a defect covered by this warranty, Meopta shall, within 90 days of receipt and at its option, repair or replace the defective product. Any and all Meopta sports optics products sold outside the USA are not covered in any way under this warranty.
This warranty shall cover only defects arising under normal use. Meopta U.S.A., Inc. assumes no responsibility whatsoever for malfunctions, failures or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, acts of God or repairs by any entity other than a Meopta Authorized Service Center. No other warranties, representations or promises as to the quality or performance of this product other than those contained herein are made.
Any implied warranty granted under provincial law, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to duration of the express warranty granted hereunder. Meopta U.S.A., Inc. in no event shall be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights however; you may have other rights which vary from State to State.
Resale of this product to anyone outside of the United States is subject to export compliance and is not authorized by Meopta U.S.A.

Warranty Repairs
Any and all repairs that are covered under Meopta’s warranty are performed at no charge.
Non-Warranty Repairs
If a repair request does not
qualify for the Meopta warranty, the product will be evaluated by
the service technicians and you will receive a detailed cost
estimate from the Product Service Department. In this case,
repairs will not be conducted until company receive your written
authorization to proceed.
The customers have 30 days from time of delivery to inspect the item. If the item is found defective please contact us at and we will be glad to provide you a replacement at no cost, and provide a return label with RMA# for the defective item. If the item IS NOT damaged and you decide you do not want it within the 30 days, we will only accept the item back if it is unopened and unused still in the factory package and brand new condition. Items must be returned in original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
PLEASE NOTE: There may be a restocking fee up to twenty percent that the customer must pay on unwanted items whether the item has been shipped out or not. The customer will also be responsible for paying to ship the item back to us. If the item breaks within the manufactures warranty, please either contact us or the manufacturer and we will be glad to help. In certain circumstances some defective products will require repair/replacement by the manufacturer directly and we will be unable to assist in this exchange. In these cases we will notify you of the situation and provide contact information so you can contact the manufacturer directly.
All returns must include a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please do not send any merchandise back without contacting us and getting a Return Authorization Number. For Return Authorization Number please contact through e-mail. Returns that do not include a Return Authorization Number will be assessed a re-stocking fee or will be returned to the sender with no credit given. We recommend that you ship your return via a traceable shipping method (UPS, FedEx or USPS with shipment confirmation). We are not responsible for returns that are not sent by a traceable method (i.e., we will not credit for returns sent through the mail that never show up).
Important: Returned merchandise MUST have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us and we will be happy to provide one.
Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse. If you are requesting a replacement for a defective item, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number, then place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have your product available and your credit will be applied approximately 4-7 days after we receive the product you are returning.
Return Exceptions
Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions.
The following items may not be returned and in case found to be
defective have to be exchanged via manufacturer's warranty policy.
1.Riflescopes that have been mounted and / or assembled to a weapon
2.Items that have been removed from blister packaging and can no longer be resold as new.
3.Special Order Items ( you will be informed if the item is special order and exception to return policy prior to us shipping the product).
