• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase
• Due to hygienically skin care and Bras & Undies product once opened or used can not be returned
• Returns will only be accepted in its their original packaging and unused, if anything is missing refund will not be given
• You will be responsible for the postage and packaging
• In case of change of mind and do not like the product return charges and deduction of postage charges will apply.
• We use Royal Mail services for domestic and internationally
• We are not be responsible for delays from Royal Mail services in any natural weather disaster or road works as we hold a proof of dispatched shipment in the timely manner.
• In the case of a missed delivery, please contact the Royal Mail immediately to arrange a re-delivery or collection. If delivery is attempted and no-one is in to sign, a 'something for you' card is usually left by Royal Mail. If an item is sent back to us due to wrong address or failed delivery as a result this will incur a delivery charge to you plus our administration fees of £5 to cover the cost of return and redelivery.
