Brilhart 3 banded Ligature - tan plastic reed-plate and black epoxy thumb screws. Stamped 4 on the inside of the reed plate (see photo for stamped 4). This is all orginal with no no added parts.
These are rare and highly desired vintage ligature. This one came with a 1954 Martin Committee 3 "The Martin" Bari Sax and Brilhart mouth piece serial number 21,xxx. Sax and Mouthpiece are not included
I believe these will work with both a Tenor and Bari mouthpiece.
There had been no attempt to clean this ligature. The decision to polish will be left up to ths buyer,
