Return Policy

My aim is to keep all my customers entirely satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, I will issue a full refund upon receipt of the returned goods. Postage costs are not refundable, unless the wrong item was sent or the item was damaged in the post. You have the right to change your mind but with make-up I will require it back in a none used/open condition due to Public Health (Control of Diseases) Act 1984 and Public Health (Infectious Diseases) Regulations 1988. This applies for 60 days after the purchase date. If you are unhappy with any of my products or services, please always e-mail me prior to leaving any negative feedback, and allow myself a chance to resolve the issue.
