Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it in two to six business days.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
We accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery as long as it is in original, unused condition and returned in the original packaging. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 20% on items returned without an exchange. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item(s). No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you refuse delivery of a package due to not wanting the order, then it would be returned with no RMA# and you will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways and will have to pay a 20% restocking fee. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within there is a company error, we will correct it at no expense to you.
