All orders received by 3pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time, or in extremely busy periods, will be dispatched the following day.

Please note we use royal mail and parcelforce, this depends on weight with higher value and heavy items going by courier

We are happy to replace or refund products damaged in the post, providing proof is shown and goods returned.

Buyers are responsible for cost of return of ​​​​​​​products  because of a change of mind, did not like the product or although product was as described, wasnt suitable.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

An Introduction to Syntego

We are an established family run Wedding Stationery business and have been trading online since the year 2000 (and many years in the printing industry before that), we were probably the first totally interactive craft site when we first started trading. All of the cardstock we use for our stationery is of the finest quality and from suppliers we have been dealing with for many years, our diamante embellishments/slider buckles are made to order for Syntego.

Our laser cut invitations are produced by the origin designers of the cards and not cheap copies.
