Free Postage.  We use Australia Post Registered Post or Parcel Delivery.  Delay is possible during bad weather condition.

Cancellations & Claims:
All cancellations must be initiated by buyer within ONE hour of purchase.  Please buy carefully as cancellation fee will apply. 
All claims must be made within 5 business days upon receiving.  It must be accompanied with pictures of envelope / satchels / boxes for verification.  False claims will be reported and blocked.
