This is an original World War Two  USN, USMC  USAAF Pilot , Aircrew and Crewman's Mae West  Life Preserver clip on survival light. It is made by Delta and is marked Type A-2050-P. It works on one D cell battery. It is 5 x 3 x 2 inches with a long chain and pin. This light would be clipped or tied to the crewman's life preserver.  This item is being sold as a collectible.
