Sizing: Dimensions below are my measurements from edge to edge. I'm a 5'10" male, 210 lbs and the Medium fit me fine, but after trying on a friends I'll go to size Large in the future, so if in doubt my advice is go larger. The way they lace up gives them a high degree of adjustability, so you have some leeway.
