Shipping
1. Local pick up is allowed with Cash Payment only.
2. Orders will be processed in 3-4 business days after payment is received. We process orders during business hours only: Monday through Friday, 10 am to 4 pm EST.We will not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
3. Estimated delivery time for ground service is 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. We must have your telephone number before we ship to provide to the shipping company for contact.
4. Buyer pays shipping and handling.
5. We don’t ship to Russia.
Terms and Conditions
1. PayPal is only accepted from buyers with confirmed address.
2. Payment must be made within 3 days from the date of purchase.
3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
4. You may return up to 2% of product for full credit within thirty (30) days from purchase date. Other returns are handled on a case by case basis and are for full price less a 20% restocking fee or current value, whichever is less. All returns must be accompanied by an authorized RMA number, which is valid for 15 days after issuance.
5. We don’t accept return after thirty (30) days from purchase date.
6. Canada requires its residents to pay sales tax.
